Andrew Nettune
Director, Head of Asset Management and Underwriting
Mr. Nettune is responsible for leading the asset management and underwriting functions at Hudson Homes. In this role, he oversees the financial evaluation, performance optimization, and strategic management of the company’s real estate portfolio.
He brings over 15 years of experience across the commercial and residential real estate industries, with extensive expertise in asset management and acquisitions. Since joining Hudson in 2011, Mr. Nettune has played a key role in the execution of SFR/BTR, multi-family, office, and special situation projects across North America. His tenure includes nine years within Hudson Advisors’ U.S. Commercial Real Estate Group as Vice President of Asset Management and Underwriting, where he helped drive portfolio performance and investment outcomes.
Mr. Nettune holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University with a concentration in Business and a minor in Art and Architectural History.
