Kyle Trodden
Director, Head of Operations and Technology
Mr. Trodden is a Managing Director at Hudson Homes and is responsible for all property operations activities, including leasing, property management, rehabs, turns, maintenance, HOA, and utility management. He also leads the integration and advancement of technology solutions across these functions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and resident experience.
Mr. Trodden has worked in the construction and real estate industries for 21 years with significant experience in overseeing nationwide capital improvement and value-add renovation programs. During his 14 years at Hudson and Hudson Homes, his involvement includes oversight of hotel, office and multi-family value-add projects. Mr. Trodden started his transition to servicing the single-family residential platform in 2017.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2012, Mr. Trodden worked at AECOM-Tishman Construction in New York City, primarily at The World Trade Center redevelopment, in addition to other ground-up commercial projects throughout the northeast.
Mr. Trodden holds a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
