Rod Wiley

Mr. Wylie is a Director at Hudson Homes overseeing the real estate services for the
SFR portfolio.

Mr. Wylie has over 35 years of Real Estate industry/Loan Servicing experience with an
emphasis on residential single-family liquidation and value recovery at a national level.
Through succession, he joined Hudson Homes at inception in 2018 and has also
managed the current portfolio of distressed assets at both Vericrest Financial and
Caliber Home Loans since 2010. During his tenure, he has managed not only REO
Sales, but also Property Preservation, Valuations and Loss Recovery functions. Prior to
his current role, Mr. Wylie has held leadership positions at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac,
Citigroup and Chase Home Loans. 

Mr. Wylie holds a BBA degree in Finance from North Texas State University.
