Leasing one of our single-family rental homes starts with an online application, complete with resources and guides that help simplify the process.

Lease Terms: Hudson Homes offers lease terms of 12 months. Once your lease expires, it will automatically roll over to a month-to-month status and will include a fee (based on your lease terms) if you have not renewed your lease or given us a notice to vacate.

Occupancy Guidelines 

Two persons maximum per bedroom, plus one additional occupant permitted, where permitted by law. 

Subletting is not permitted. All residents of the home must be on the lease.  

Hudson Homes does not permit smoking in the interiors of the home. 

Fair Housing 

Hudson Homes does business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, as amended. 

Agents understand that it is illegal to discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. This applies in the sale or rental of housing or residential lots. It also applies to advertising, the sale or rental of housing and the financing or appraisal process. In addition, blockbusting is illegal. 

To assure residents or buyers that we don’t discriminate, we display Equal Housing Opportunity posters in our office and have its logo printed on our application forms. 

Reasonable Accommodation

Housing Vouchers, Section 8, Housing Assistance 

Hudson Homes currently accepts Housing Vouchers/RTA or other federal, state, or local housing assistance or subsidies where required by state, county, or municipal ordinance. See Application & Qualification Requirements for more information.
