Touring a Home

Hudson Homes partners with Rently to offer a convenient self-touring experience. Find a Home using the property search tool or via one of our affiliate sites.

How to Tour a Home

Search for a home using the Find a Home tool or via one of our affiliate sites and request a "Self-Tour". Some homes are not available for self-touring, and you’ll need to "Request Showing" instead.

All users must register and select a plan from Rently’s options to gain access to home touring. If you've already registered, simply sign in to proceed.

    • You must use a valid cell phone number. Phones such as Google voice and pre-paid will be denied.
    • You must be using a valid Credit/Debit card attached to a US bank. Pre-paid will be denied.

Schedule your self-tour by choosing any of the open house hours that fit your times. If you need to request a showing, continue to follow the instructions provided.

Upon arrival at the home, obtain a personal lockbox code through text or email that will grant you access.

    • You can pre-register, but you can only receive a code once you are in front of the property.

Touring Etiquette

Upon completing the tour, turn off all lights and secure the home by exiting through the front door. The Rently keypad will automatically lock, and users should ensure that the lock engages before leaving the premises.
